Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund — no complicated hoops, no hassle.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at info@clavioshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, your item should be returned in reasonable condition with original packaging where possible. We understand that skincare devices need to be tried to be evaluated — if you've used the product and are genuinely unsatisfied with the results, you are still eligible to request a refund under our 30-day guarantee. Simply reach out and we'll make it right.
Damages & Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@clavioshop.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or fully refund the item at no cost to you, with no return required.
Exchanges If you'd like a different item, the quickest path is to return your original order once approved, then place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. Standard return conditions apply.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: gift cards, and items explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@clavioshop.com.
