These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who you are dealing with

Clavio is a brand operated by a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. "We", "us" and "Clavio" refer to that company. "You" refers to you, the visitor or customer.

2. Products and health claims

Clavio products are cosmetic products. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including any form of medical hair loss. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Hair changes for many reasons: hormones, stress, illness, medication, genetics, nutrition. If your shedding is sudden, severe, patchy, or comes with other symptoms, please see a doctor or a dermatologist. A serum is not a substitute for a diagnosis.

Individual results vary. Any timelines described on this site are typical expectations, not promises. Before and after images, where shown, are from individual customers and are not a guarantee that you will get the same outcome.

3. Allergies and patch testing

Read the ingredient list before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a scalp condition, check with your doctor first. We recommend a patch test on a small area 24 hours before first full use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or abuse of our guarantee.

5. Shipping, returns and guarantees

Our Shipping page and our Guarantee and Returns policy form part of these terms. Please read them. They set out delivery timelines, the 30 day return window, and how the results review works.

6. Accounts and communication

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address. If you opt into marketing email you can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Reviews and submitted content

If you send us a review, photo, or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use it in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours and is truthful. We may decline to publish, or remove, any submission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
