This is a short, readable summary of what we collect and why. The full legal policy, which is the one that governs, is our Privacy Policy. Where the two differ, the full policy applies.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and what you ordered. We need this to send you the thing you bought.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and browsing information: IP address, browser, operating system, referring site, and which pages you looked at, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Anything you send us: emails, support messages, photos submitted with a results review, reviews you choose to leave.
Why we use it
- To process, pack, ship and support your order.
- To email you about your order: confirmations, tracking, delivery.
- To send you marketing email, only if you opted in. One click unsubscribes you.
- To measure and improve our advertising and our site.
- To detect and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the services required to run the store: Shopify, our fulfilment partner, shipping carriers, our email and analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok for measuring ad performance. You can limit ad personalisation in your settings on those platforms, and you can opt out of sharing for targeted advertising here.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA. To exercise any of these, email info@clavioshop.com.

This store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
