Our Story
Clavio exists because of a gap between two sentences.
The first is the one women get told: “It's normal, it'll grow back.”
The second is the one they are actually thinking: “Then why does my part look like this, and why is nobody telling me what to do about it?”
Both are true at once. Shedding after a birth, an illness or a hard year often does settle on its own. It is also genuinely distressing to watch it happen while you wait. Medically reassuring, emotionally useless.
Clavio was built for the middle of that gap.
What we decided early
Treat the scalp, not the strand. A shelf of shampoos and masks is a shelf of products for hair that has already grown. Rootline comes with a brush applicator so the formula goes onto the scalp instead of your palms.
Sell the real unit of time. A hair cycle runs on months, not weeks. We designed the routine for 90 days and we sell it that way, because a single bottle is a sample rather than a test.
Say the unglamorous parts out loud. That shipping takes a week and a half. That weeks one to three look like nothing is happening. That if your hair is coming out in patches you should see a doctor rather than buy a treatment. Every one of those sentences costs us sales. We would rather have them on the page.
What we are not
We are not doctors and Clavio is not medicine. Our products are cosmetic. If something else is going on, whether that is thyroid, iron, a scalp condition or hereditary loss, you need a proper diagnosis and a treatment is not one. We say that on the product page, before you have paid us anything.
How we work
Clavio is an independent company built around one idea: simple, structured scalp care with a clear routine and a realistic timeline. We keep the range deliberately small so every product has a reason to exist, and we handle support ourselves so the person answering your email knows the product properly.
Questions, doubts, or something the site does not answer: info@clavioshop.com. We usually reply within 24 hours.
