We would rather tell you the real timeline up front than promise you two days and disappoint you on day nine. Here is exactly how it works.

Worldwide.
What it costs
- Standard: $4.95, and free on orders over $50. Both Protocol kits ship free.
- Express: $7.95.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend go out on the next business day.
- Delivery: 4 to 11 business days once it ships.
Our formulas are produced and packed at our fulfilment partner's facility overseas and shipped directly to you rather than through a chain of warehouses and middlemen. That is a large part of why a three month supply costs what it does. The trade off is a few extra days in transit. We would rather say so here than bury it in the footer.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned, usually within 1 to 3 days of ordering. You can also follow it from the Track Your Order page.
Tracking can sit still for a few days mid journey while a parcel moves between carriers. That is normal. If it has not moved in 7 days, email us and we will chase it.
Multiple items
Kits containing both a serum and a Pulse Activator sometimes ship in two separate parcels, because liquids and electronics travel on different shipping lines. If one arrives before the other, nothing is missing. The second is on the way, and both have their own tracking number.
If something goes wrong
Lost, damaged, stuck, or never arrived: email info@clavioshop.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will try to fix it before it ships. Once a parcel has left with an incorrect address we cannot redirect it, though we will always try to help.
Duties and fees
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for an additional import charge on a US delivery, send us the receipt and we will cover it.
